This setting defines if a player should be automatically banned from the server for ip address as soon as he loses all hearts.

broadcastBanFrom0Hearts

Here you set if the notification that a user has been banned for having no hearts should appear to everyone in the chat.

banTime

Amount of time after player will be unbanned, 0 stands for a permanent ban. (DEFINED IN MINUTES)
